My Resume

About Me

My Experience

I recently graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Mathematics: Applied and Computational Mathematics Emphasis (ACME). ACME is a hybrid program incorporating mathematical theory, statistical analysis, and computer programming. I am currently working as a graduate research assistant studying under Dr. Cathy Liu at the University of Utah Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. We are working on a study of bus electrification in the UTA system. I also have the privilege of working as an engineer intern at UDOT's Transit Division.

My Skillset

  • Theory and practice of advanced mathematical techniques.
  • Design and optimize algorithms using Python and R programming languages.
  • Expertise in Python packages such as PyTorch, Scikit-learn, SciPy, matplotlib, Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow.
  • SQL, Tableau, and Pandas data management tools.
  • Technical Communication.
  • Mathematical Solutions to Optimization Problems.
  • Transportation analysis software such as VISSIM and Transcad

My Goals

I hope to use my skills in mathematics, programming, and engineering to make a real impact on how people live, work, and move. I am studying transportation engineering so I can make a substantial contribution to city design and transit planning.
