I recently graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Mathematics: Applied and Computational Mathematics Emphasis (ACME). ACME is a hybrid program incorporating mathematical theory, statistical analysis, and computer programming. I am currently working as a graduate research assistant studying under Dr. Cathy Liu at the University of Utah Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. We are working on a study of bus electrification in the UTA system.
I hope to use my skills in mathematics, programming, and engineering to make a real impact on how people live, work, and move. I am studying transportation engineering so I can make a substantial contribution to city design and transit planning.
